If you believe we have copied your work

We respect the rights of others. If you are a copyright owner, or are authorised to act for one, and believe material on Frontara News infringes your copyright, send us a notice through our contact page with the subject Copyright. Please include:

  1. Your name and contact details.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, with a link to the original if it is online.
  3. The exact link (URL) of the material on Frontara News that you want removed.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review notices promptly and, where a notice is valid, remove or disable access to the material.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice through the same contact page, stating the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not start legal action within the period the law allows.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or block users and sources that repeatedly infringe the copyright of others.

False claims

Knowingly sending a false copyright notice can have legal consequences, including liability for damages. Please send a notice only if you are sure.
